Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker

• PURPOSE

The rated voltage of the LW1 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referredto as the circuit breaker) is 50Hz AC, 400V AC, and the rated current is 200A-6300A. It ismainly used in distribution network to distribute electric energy and to protect the circuit andpower equipment from hazards of overload, under-voltage, short circuit, grounding fault, etc.An intelligent release with precise selective protection is used as the core part of the circuitbreaker, which can avoid unnecessary power outages and improve the reliability of powersupply.

• NORMAI WORKING AND INSTALLATION CONDITIONS  

Ambient air temperature is-5℃~+40℃,and the average value does not exceed +35℃ within 24hours (except for special ordering)."

The alitude of the installation siteshall be no more than 2000m

The relative air humidity at the installation site shall be no more than 50%at the highest temperature  of  +40℃,and it can be higher at a lower temperature;the average minimum temperature of the most humid month shall be no more than  +25℃,and the monthly average maximum relative humidity of the most humid month shall be no more than 90%, taking into account the condensation on the product surface due to temperature changes.

Pollution class is 3.

The installation types of main circuit of circuit breaker,under-voltage release coil,and primary coil of power transformer is IV,while the installation type of other auxiiary circuits and control circuits is IIl.

The circuit breaker shall be installed according to this instruction.The vertical inclination of circuit breaker is no more than 5° .

• TFCHNICAI DATA AND PFRFORMANCF

Remote controlrefers to the operation and control of energy storage,closing,and opening of each slave circuit breaker in the system through the master station computer.Slave system interface of operators Select corresponding objects,use mouse to click remote control button,then the system will provide current operation status of corresponding objects.A command of remote control'connect"or "disconnect will be issued after the operator input operation password.The system passes the command to corresponding circuit breaker slave station,after receiving the command, the slave station performs operations of breaking,closing,and energy storage according to the established sequence,and reports the remote control results to the master station.

□b)Remote control

Remote control refers to seting the protection setting value of the slave station through master station computer.The protection setting value table  of all slave station are stored in the computer of master station,the operator selects corresponding objects from system interface,uses mouse to click remote control button,the system will provide the current setting of all protection value and protection setting value table of all corresponding objects, after inputting operation password,the operator can select required parameters from parameter table and then click corresponding button so that the master station can download parameters to slave station and report results of remote control.The slave station then revises its protection value after  receiving the command.

□c)Remote control

Remote monitoring is to monitor the operation parameters of power grid of each slave station through master station computer in realtime,the work parameters reported by upper computer from communication station is as follows:real-time L1,L2,L3,N phase current value of each sub-station,voltage of UAB,UBC,UCA,etc.

□Fault records can record the issued fault parameters

L1,L2,L3,N phase current value,UAB,UBC,UCA voltage value during faults,fault type,fault action time,and record the faults in fault database.

The computer displays the present real-time current,voltage in bar chart,absolute value table and displays the operation status of each node

in real-time curves.

□d)Remote control

Remote communication refers to check the mode,closure and disconnection status,each protection setting value and information such as operation and faults status of slave station from master station computer.The parameters reported by circuit breaker of slave station to upper computer are:switch status  (on/off),fault information,alarm information,various protection settings,etc.

□ Other functions of communication system

In addition to the function of four remotes,the system also has various management functions:accident alarm (information screen,screen push,event  printing,accident dialing,sound alarm),event recording,maintenance listing,shift handover management,load trend analysis,various report printing,etc.
